LOCATED AT THE LEE CIVIC CENTER (INSIDE THE TINSLEY PAVILION). YOU WILL ENTER FROM THE BACK ROAD (OLD BAYSHORE ROAD). DO NOT COME THROUGH THE MAIN GATES FOR THE CIVIC CENTER. Parking: Parking will be $1 per/VEHICLE which will be 100% directly donated to The Marine Corps Toys for Tots of Lee County for an impact on our local SWFL children. Entrance: You will enter the back road of the Civic Center, known as OLD BAYSHORE ROAD. You will be directed on where to park. Entering the Haunt: Upon arriving, if you have already purchased your tickets online, proceed directly through security, and then to your designated entrance – General Admission, Fast Pass, or Skip the Line. Show your digital or printed ticket to enter the haunt. Small groups only: No groups larger than 10 will be sent through together. If you arrived with more than 10 in your party, you will be split into smaller groups to enter. Food & Beverage: Check out a variety of food trucks and vendors in the midway, while you're waiting.

Rain or shine this event is open, unless otherwise stated on our social media platforms for some unseen reason: Facebook or Instagram The general queue line will be outdoors, however, the inside of the haunt will be fully covered as it's located inside the Tinsley Pavilion (backside of the Lee Civic Center).

This is a family-friendly event. You will not be admitted into the attraction if you are believed to be intoxicated under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. The Lee County Sheriff Department has final judgment on this issue.

NO. Actors will not be allowed to touch you. Please be respectful and do not touch them. Incidental and unintentional contact may occur. We value your experience and the haunt team we have in place. Please report any intentional misconduct on our scare actors behalf to management immediately.

Nightmares can and will occur! Parental discretion is advised, you know your children better than we do. Children 12 years and younger are typically not recommended given the nature of disturbing and extreme costuming and disorientating Special Effects. However, children 12 and over, accompanied with a ticket and adult supervision will be permitted to the attraction. Don't say we didn't warn you! Children under 12 are free. ​

DO: HAVE FUN! While outside the haunt, feel free to take photos and grab food and drink at one of our vendors (info below). Bring a clear bag! To limit the touching of personal items, only clear bags not exceeding 4.5”x6.5” will be allowed. DONT'S: No costumes, face-paint, prop or handheld items are allowed inside. Mistreating any performer or staff member will result in you being sent home with no refunds. Wearing heels or flip-flops is discouraged – they tend to end up in our lost and found. No food, drinks, bottles, recording devices, flash photography, or flashlights are allowed the haunt.

Unfortunately NO, for the safety and security of scare actors and other guests - NO costumes allowed. For the safety of our actors, props and scenery you are not permitted to touch anything. Violation of this will result being escorted to the nearest exit without a refund. For the safety of all: No weapons, lasers, flashlights, lighters, loose clothing or dangling jewelry. Please leave valuables at home.

No recording or photography of any kind are permitted inside the haunt. This can disorientate our actors and/or compromise the experience for a group behind you. We recommend leaving your cell phone in a safe place, if dropped in the haunt it may not be recovered. Snap all the photos you'd like by our Hearse and outside monsters while waiting in line! We are not responsible for lost items!

Don't worry! If you lost your ticket, we are able to retrieve it from out point of sale app.

We have many clearly marked exits for anyone needing to leave sooner. Calling the word "EXIT" will tell actors near to break character and escort you to the nearest exit.

No, just like sporting events and large attractions, we do not give refunds under any circumstances. We value your experience and hope to see you return next year.
