Legends of Oblivion Haunted Attraction is seeking a limited number of food vendors for select October nights!

 

To keep things beneficial for our vendors, we will only accept ONE vendor per food category each night. Spots are extremely limited due to permitting requirements.

Currently Seeking:
🍔 Burgers / Hot Dogs / Chicken Nuggets
🥗 Healthy, Salad & Vegan Options
☕ Coffee / Specialty Drinks
🍋 Lemonade / Refreshments
🍦 Sweet Treats — Ice Cream, Donuts, Desserts & More

Vendor Requirements:


• $200 refundable deposit required to secure your dates. Deposit is forfeited for no-shows.


• Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided upon request.
• Vendors may arrive as early as needed for setup but must be fully set up by 7:30 PM when gates open.
• Haunt hours: 8 PM–11 PM Friday & Saturday | 8 PM–10 PM Sunday.

HEALTHY/VEGAN OPTIONS

We're looking for something on the lighter side. Grab fresh salads, wholesome bites, and/or delicious vegan-friendly options before or after they brave the haunt!

PIZZA OR SIMILAR

We’re looking for a pizza vendor or similar crowd-favorite eats—think pizza, flatbreads, calzones, stromboli, or other quick handheld favorites to keep our haunt guests fueled all night!

SWEET TREATS

We’re looking for coffee, lemonade, specialty drinks, ice cream, donuts, and other sweet treats! To keep it worthwhile for our vendors, we’ll book only ONE vendor per specific category each night—one coffee vendor, one lemonade/drink vendor, one ice cream vendor, etc.

Legends of Oblivion Haunted Attraction is an intense, immersive horror experience designed to frighten, startle, disorient, and surprise you. By entering the attraction, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent and unexpected risks. These may include, but are not limited to, bright lights, collisions with walls, props, scenery, or other guests, physical injury, dizziness, disorientation, panic, anxiety, seizures, and other physical or emotional reactions. Our attraction will include strobe and flashing lights, theatrical fog and haze, loud and sudden noises, darkness, confined spaces, uneven surfaces, moving or disorienting effects, frightening imagery, special effects, and intense interactions with scare actors. No touching of props, set design or actors are allowed; they will not touch you!

 

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER IF:

You are pregnant or have a heart condition, seizure disorder, severe asthma or respiratory condition, significant physical limitation, sensitivity to flashing lights or theatrical effects, claustrophobia, PTSD, or another medical or psychological condition that could be aggravated by an intense haunted attraction.

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering Legends of Oblivion Haunted Attraction, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with haunted attractions and voluntarily choose to participate and assume those risks. Many of these elements are an essential part of the experience and cannot be completely removed without changing the nature of the attraction.

Legends of Oblivion reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest for unsafe, disruptive, threatening, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, unless the event is canceled all together. Admission is valid only for the date, time, and ticket type purchased unless otherwise authorized by Legends of Oblivion. Tickets may not be resold or duplicated.
